This dynamic movement meditation instantly captivated me\, and I began looking for all possible and impossible ways to bring this newfound wonder to the country where I live. 5Rhythms is for me a relaxation\, a meditation and a journey. This journey connects my stories that make sense. \nI became an accredited 5Rhythms spaceholder in 2018. From this time I offer 5Rhythms classes\, so people have a chance to try and taste how the 5Rhythms path is walked. In 2024 I have finished 5Rhythms teacher training. I love to offer this practice\, where you can find freedom of movement\, release and also… something extra. Free from trying to hard\, from hiding\, from running away\, from staying stuck\, from suffering. Free to surrender to change. Sie hat Psychologie studiert und ist angehende Psychotherapeutin. Drumherum macht sie immer viel anderes – Weiterbildungen\, Tätigkeiten\, Freizeit. Sie ist bewegt – on and off the dancefloor.\nLucia liebt an den 5Rhythmen den  Raum zum authentischen Sein und die Spielwiese zum Ausprobieren von Neuem\, die die 5Rhythmen bieten.\n\nManuel ist der Ruhepool der beiden. Was er bewegt und macht\, kommt von innen heraus und ist mit Tiefe durchsetzt. Aber auch Verspieltheit kommt bei ihm nicht zu kurz. Er hat Volksschullehramt studiert & mit Kindern und Menschen in verschiedenen Kontexten gearbeitet.
