Julia Mercurio

JULIA MERCURIO is a certified 5Rhythms teacher with 15 years of dancing experience. She has trained with Gabrielle Roth’s son Jonathan Horan, head of 5Rhythms Global in New York. With sensitivity and well chosen music, Julia creates space to free the body and explore the deeper layers of the soul. She holds a Masters of Art in Intercultural communication, and has trained in different somatic practices, including CoreSoma. The space she holds offers a journey through different energies – from nourishing, to focussed, over ecstatic to playful and sacred. A core theme of her teaching is how to truly fall in love with ourselves and how to use embodiment as a natural resource for healing.
