We people tend to get stuck in one place\, one beliefe\, one pattern and can’t get out. Something is standing in our way to move forward\, to let go\, to expand\, to surrender to change. Connecting with our body and breath and starting to move we get in touch with whatever is in our way – boredom\, inertia\, tightness\, shakiness\, resistance etc. – and we give it breath\, motion\, shape\, we give it a right to exist and then we are free. Free from trying to hard\, from hiding\, from running away\, from staying stuck\, from suffering. Free to surrender to change. There is no way out but trough\, and if we don’t start where we are\, we won’t get anywhere… Let us experience the power of motion and dive into the landscape of the body and its wisdom navigating trough the map of 5hythms and meeting whathever is there so we can become who we trully are – fully alive human beings.

A multifaceted artist /textile\, paper\, installation\, fine art clothing\, theatrical costumes/\, storyteller\, Reiki master. \nIn 2016\, at a ripe old age\, I discovered 5Rhythms. This dynamic movement meditation instantly captivated me\, and I began looking for all possible and impossible ways to bring this newfound wonder to the country where I live. 5Rhythms is for me a relaxation\, a meditation and a journey. This journey connects my stories that make sense. \nI became an accredited 5Rhythms spaceholder in 2018. From this time I offer 5Rhythms classes\, so people have a chance to try and taste how the 5Rhythms path is walked. In 2024 I have finished 5Rhythms teacher training. I love to offer this practice\, where you can find freedom of movement\, release and also… something extra. Gabrielle Roth\, founder of 5Rhythms\, says that everyone will find as much here as they sink deeply into 5Rhythms. So\, come\, I invite you to try this adventure. DESCRIPTION:Wenn Ulf Lindemann alias [dunkelbunt] auflegt\, wird der Dancefloor zum Schmelztiegel. Kaum ein anderer DJ versteht es so spielerisch\, musikalische Welten miteinander zu verweben: Orientalische Klänge treffen auf Balkan-Beats\, Elektroswing auf transglobale Basslines\, traditionelle Instrumente auf pulsierende Club-Rhythmen. Seit mehr als fünfundzwanzig Jahren prägt er als DJ\, Produzent\, Solist und Bandleader die Szene – und bleibt dabei stets ein Suchender\, ein Grenzgänger zwischen den Kulturen. Ulf lebt seit 2001 in Wien. Hier studierte er Klavier\, doch sein eigentliches Instrument wurde bald die Welt selbst. DESCRIPTION:We are constantly laying roots to access more freedom. \n\nEven when we don’t think of them as roots\, even when they don’t work\, or take hold of what they need to survive. They are constantly coming out of us\, not only sure-ing up the place we are\, but also laying the possibility for our expansion and travel to new places. Roots don’t facilitate imobility\, they facilitate shapeshifting. \n\nTaking inspiration from this process driven view of roots\, we will be working with how to embody an infinite number of possibilities across all planes of movement. Rewilding the body to find freedom in all the space available.\nIn this sense\, we are embracing the wild animal within. The animal that doesn’t know of confinement\, doesn’t know of how it „should“ be\, or what „good“ or „bad“ movement is. Embracing the soft beast that has no shame. Embracing the vulnerable creature with no fear to express. Embracing the free being that will not be held back.
