Let’s dance a dance\, a journey of honouring milestones in life and celebrating each person’s individual becoming into the next version of themselves. Birth after birth after birth. Wave after wave after wave. The beauty of ever evolving ever unraveling\, ever becoming.\nFlow Vulk (UK): I found my feet on a 5Rhythms dance floor in 2014. This is when and where it all magnificently fell apart before falling into place and making sense. There was no more hiding\, no more pretence – the backbone of my being\, the raw wilderness within was living and breathing again. The All of me was allowed to be\, it was pulsing and roaring. From this point on\, I knew there was no going back\, only going forward.\nIt is in our bones\, blood and breath you see – the beat\, the rhythm\, the Song of Songs. The Song of Life. Dance it. Seither bietet sie Workshops unter dem Titel „Dancing with Colours“ für Menschen mit Behinderung an\, in denen sie 5Rhythmen mit Kunst verbindet. \nSie lebt als freischaffende Künstlerin und teilt ihre Gaben mit der lokalen Gemeinschaft. Mit Feinfühligkeit und sorgfältig ausgewählter Musik schafft Julia einen Raum\, in dem sich der Körper befreien und die tieferen Schichten der Seele erforschen können. Sie hat einen Master of Arts in Interkultureller Kommunikation und ist in verschiedenen somatischen Praktiken geschult\, darunter CoreSoma. Der Raum\, den sie hält\, führt durch unterschiedliche Qualitäten – von nährend über fokussiert\, ekstatisch und verspielt bis hin zu heilig. Ein zentrales Thema ihres Unterrichts ist die Frage\, wie wir uns wirklich in uns selbst verlieben können und wie Verkörperung zu einer natürlichen Ressource für Heilung wird.

DESCRIPTION:Everything we are is constantly moving on a micro level- the air is entering and leaving our lungs\, the liquids of the body circulating\, all of the muscles contracting and relaxing\, the sensations\, the thoughts\, the emotions – all is in permanent flux\, day in\, day out.\nEasing into this movement that is already happening as a given.\nFinding your feet in an empty\, quiet space or in the middle of a chaotic commotion –  that is the first stepping stone of this practice.\nGiving yourself time to connect to the roots of the body and the roots of the dance\, relaxing into the physicality of the moment.\nAllowing whatever shows up with you on the dance floor\, and letting it unravel into a movement\, organically\, giving it permission to shape itself through this body of yours\, through this dance\, again\, again\, and again…\nRooting into the only time this particular movement in this particular body is happening – now.
