DESCRIPTION:Der SUN DANCE ist ein Ecstatic Dance-Format des Tanzkollektivs\,  jeden Sonntag von 11-13 Uhr in der Weintraubengasse 29 in Wien. \nWenn Ulf Lindemann alias [dunkelbunt] auflegt\, wird der Dancefloor zum Schmelztiegel. Kaum ein anderer DJ versteht es so spielerisch\, musikalische Welten miteinander zu verweben: Orientalische Klänge treffen auf Balkan-Beats\, Elektroswing auf transglobale Basslines\, traditionelle Instrumente auf pulsierende Club-Rhythmen. Seit mehr als fünfundzwanzig Jahren prägt er als DJ\, Produzent\, Solist und Bandleader die Szene – und bleibt dabei stets ein Suchender\, ein Grenzgänger zwischen den Kulturen. Ulf lebt seit 2001 in Wien. Hier studierte er Klavier\, doch sein eigentliches Instrument wurde bald die Welt selbst. Mit einem reichen Hintergrund in Theater\, Chinesischer Medizin und traumasensibler Körperarbeit sowie langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Verlagswesen vereint sie kreatives Denken mit tiefer Prozesskompetenz. Ihre Fachausbildung absolvierte sie unter anderem in den USA bei The 360 Emergence\, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Embodied Leadership. Beatrice ist eine Wegbegleiterin mit einem außergewöhnlichen Gespür für Menschen. Sie begegnet anderen mit feinem Einfühlungsvermögen\, Klarheit und unerschütterlicher Hingabe. Ihre Fähigkeit\, das Wesentliche im Gegenüber intuitiv zu erfassen\, macht sie zu einer besonderen Facilitatorin für persönliche Entwicklung und innere Transformation. DESCRIPTION:Der SATURDANCE ist ein neues Ecstatic Dance-Format des Tanzkollektivs\,  jeden Samstag von 18.30-20.30 Uhr in der Weintraubengasse 29 in Wien. \nWenn Ulf Lindemann alias [dunkelbunt] auflegt\, wird der Dancefloor zum Schmelztiegel. Kaum ein anderer DJ versteht es so spielerisch\, musikalische Welten miteinander zu verweben: Orientalische Klänge treffen auf Balkan-Beats\, Elektroswing auf transglobale Basslines\, traditionelle Instrumente auf pulsierende Club-Rhythmen. Seit mehr als fünfundzwanzig Jahren prägt er als DJ\, Produzent\, Solist und Bandleader die Szene – und bleibt dabei stets ein Suchender\, ein Grenzgänger zwischen den Kulturen. Ulf lebt seit 2001 in Wien. Hier studierte er Klavier\, doch sein eigentliches Instrument wurde bald die Welt selbst. Über elf Alben\, mehr als 1.500 Live-Auftritte rund um den Globus und über 150 Millionen Streams sprechen von einer Karriere\, die nie Stillstand kannte.

Ich mag House\, Dub Techno\, Disco\, Rhythm & Blues\, Soul\, Funk\, World & Spiritual music\, Jazz\, Classic und vielleicht kommt noch was Neues dazu … So hat sich mein Leben ganz von selbst danach ausgerichtet. Musik wurde mein Lebensinhalt\, mein Hobby und schließlich auch meine Berufung. Mittlerweile bin ich seit mehr als 10 Jahren in Wien als DJ unterwegs. „self taught“ so wie ich Alles\, was in mir ein Feuer entfacht\, erlerne. Die ersten Jahre arbeitete ich noch parallel zu meiner Karriere als DJ in der Hotellerie. Seit mehreren Jahren kann ich mich ganz auf die Musik und DJing fokussieren. Mittlerweile beschäftige mich mit DIY Eurorack Synthesizern und bin auch als Produzent tätig. DJing macht mir die größte Freude\, denn für mich ist es eine Ehre Musik für andere Menschen machen zu dürfen und den musikalischen Rahmen für Orte in denen man sich begegnet zu schaffen. Musik\, die universelle Sprache die wir alle verstehen\, brachte mich zu vielen tollen Orten in ganz Österreich und im Ausland.

DESCRIPTION:Ich bin Musikproduzent\, DJ und Kunstschaffender. Schon seit meiner Kindheit begleitet mich die Musik. Geprägt von großen Künstler*innen und unzähligen Stunden im Studio\, habe ich nicht nur das DJing entdeckt\, sondern auch die transformierende Kraft von Klang. Mein Weg führte mich schließlich zu Ecstatic Dance – einem Raum\, in dem Musik zur Medizin wird\, Bewegung zu Freiheit und jeder Beat dazu einlädt\, uns selbst und anderen näherzukommen.\nWenn ich spiele\, lade ich die Menschen zu energetischen und seelenvollen Reisen ein\, verwoben mit Rhythmen und Frequenzen\, die Herzen öffnen und Präsenz schenken. Meine Vision ist einfach: Magische Klangräume zu schaffen\, in denen Tanz Transformation\, Heilung und Feier zugleich ist.

Through the moving body\, we explore emotions not as stories to analyze\, but as energetic forces that inform\, move and transform us. \nUsing the 5Rhythms Heartbeat Map\, we practice: \n\nAllowing emotions to arrive\nLetting them move through the body\nListening to the information they bring\nLetting them pass\, without holding on or pushing them away\n\nThis work supports emotional literacy\, resilience and presence — cultivating a flexible\, responsive heart–body connection. \nFriday Evening – Opening the Field (6:30–8:30 PM)\nFriday evening is a gentle and focused landing into the Heartbeat work: \n\nArriving in the body\nEstablishing safety and trust\nGrounding the nervous system\nOpening the emotional field through movement\n\nThis session prepares the ground for deeper emotional exploration on Saturday. \nSaturday – Embodying the Heartbeat Map (11:00 AM–5:30 PM)\nOn Saturday we dive fully into the Heartbeat Map\, exploring emotions as embodied energies: \n\nFluid · Fear — sensing\, listening\, orienting\nStaccato · Anger — clarity\, boundaries\, expression\nChaos · Sadness — letting go\, softening control\nLyrical · Joy — expansion\, creativity\, pleasure\nStillness · Compassion — integration\, empathy\, presence\n\nThrough dance\, breath and awareness\, we allow emotion to become movement\, and movement to become insight and integration. \nThe extended lunch break (2–3:30 PM) offers space for rest\, digestion and integration. \nLevel & Prerequisites\nThis workshop is Heartbeat level. \nParticipants are required to have completed a minimum of 10 hours of Waves level with a certified 5Rhythms® teacher. \n✨ The workshop counts as 1\,5 days Heartbeat prerequisite for the official 5Rhythms® Teacher Training Path. \nAbout the Teacher \nIrene H. Sánchez is an internationally certified 5Rhythms® teacher (Waves & Heartbeat).\nShe is also a Systemic Body Psychotherapist\, trained in Family Systemic Therapy and Grief Processes\, holds a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. \nShe weaves together movement\, emotional awareness\, group process and ritual as pathways for personal and collective transformation. Irene teaches and organizes workshops internationally.
