Gabrielle Roth’s body of work is unique and precious. The maps of 5RHYTHMS can be seen as portals to deeper & wider levels of understanding of self others and the world as whole. In this waves level workshop we will explore thr medicine of each Rhythm and how it can be of service to us no matter where we are on our journeys in life.
If we let the dance dance us & helps us shed off identities, labels, ideas, what would we find on the other side ? Who could we be beyond those labels titles ideas identities ?
In older times dance was a medicine, it still is. The practice of 5Rhythms allows us to tap into that and experience for ourselves what our ancestors knew & did.
